Effective date: August 12, 2026

Gorilla Cargo LLC ("RoadDogTMS", "we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This policy explains how to report a claim of copyright infringement involving content uploaded to or hosted through the Service, and how we respond.

If you believe content uploaded to or hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

(a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it; (d) your contact information (address, phone number, and email); (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that don't include this information may not receive a response.
